A wander around the open walkways surrounding the inner courtyard is a great way to unwind before a spa treatment, or you can enjoy a tea ceremony and discuss the finer points of Buddhist doctrine in the hotel’s teahouse. There are many good restaurants serving deliciously spicy Sichuanese cuisine nearby, however Buddha Zen’s own restaurant is a good place to try healthy vegetarian dishes that follow classic Buddhist recipes.
ZEN HOTEL LEBANON TV
The hotel’s 35 spacious and bright rooms have lovely high-ceilinged rooms, polished floors, dark wooden furniture and embroidered silk cushions but come with modern comforts such as a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. I would definitely book in future as well from them.Designed and run according to Buddhist principles, the Buddha Zen Hotel is a three-storey building set around two peaceful courtyards that has a great location and a sense of tranquility. I found them very trustworthy and helpful. They are good in customer care and customer friendly. I strongly recommend to book from Zenhotles. I found them very helpful and unlike other big companies who take 24 hours to reply Zenhotels always replied me promptly within 30min.
I was so impressed by the timely action my Zenhotels and helping me. On arrival at hotel, they told me everything has been paid and booking had been modified. But they agreed to modify my booking without any charge considering me their first customer. They found me very disappointed and sad when I found my small mistake in booking. I contacted Zenhotels and they revealed that it was my mistake when I was booking I selected single bed coloumn in haste. I called hotel and they said I need to modify my booking and have to pay extra. I was travelling with my wife and two years old son so It was very shocking to know that my booking is wrong. Before travelling I was double checking everything and found out that the room I booked is a single bed room not a family room. The reason for booking from Zen was their striking deals and best price compared to other companies. I booked a hotel room from Zenhotels almost two a half month before my trip to France. Just came back from Paris and writing this review.

I'm going to give the hotel a call again closer to the date, just to double check everything and I'll update here. sometimes you need to push a little to get answers in a hurry (same could be said about any company really though, I guess)Ī few smalls cons, but nothing too major. if your check-in is a few months away, the hotel might not be able to see your order in their system. + the support is great – the team are really friendly and helpful.
ZEN HOTEL LEBANON CODE
They did apologise for the delay and explained they were waiting for their partner's reply, but they finally got back to us to confirm both bookings, and they gave us a promo code for our next booking as an apology for the hassle. So we were waiting four or five days for a definite answer, but the team kept us updated every day. They said they would look into it for us, and confirm the booking again with the hotel. We contacted zenhotels customer care through Facebook and got told that our bookings were made through different providers, and this caused the problem. The manager confirmed one booking but couldn't see the second one. I found some negative reviews so decided to check the bookings directly with the hotel. So, I did that, got the vouchers, everything was fine, until I decided to check our reservation with the hotel directly. I booked two rooms (travelling with friends) and this is where we had a bit of an issue - you can't book two rooms at once, you need to make two different reservations. I ended up paying about 30% less on zenhotels for a hotel in Bunol than on other sites I looked at.
So about a month ago I booked a hotel through the site, to the La Tomatina festival in Spain. I haven't really seen any detailed reviews of, so I wanted to share a bit I found about using them.
